Following the Exclusive Story by PUO REPORTS Yesterday over the defection of Hon Solomon Adaelu member Representing Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbo Federal Constituency to the APC from the PDP,the Abia State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress(APC) has confirmed the development.
Confirming this to newsmen in a telephone interview on Tuesday evening, the state publicity secretary of APC in Abia state, Comrade Benedict Godson said Rep. Adaelu has properly communicated to the state leadership of the party on his intention to join the APC, reiterated the determination and commitment of APC to form the next government in Abia come 2019.
His words:”one of the best brain of PDP legislators has officially left PDP to APC. Because he want a good government and development for his people in the person of Honorable Solomon Adaelu, representing the home local governor of the state governor”.
“I can speak authoritatively that Honnorable Solomon Adaelu who was elected on the platform of PDP in 2015 election is now a member of APC. He joined the party with over ten thousand supporters from the federal constituency”.
“I can also speak to you authoritatively that I have been mandated by Honorable Adaelu and the state leadership of our great party, APC to tell you he has moved out from PDP and join the progressive party, APC”.
