The Plot to impeach Prince Madumere the Imo State Deputy Governor is underway as the Imo State House of Assembly today Suspended perceived Four Lawmakers sympathetic to the cause of the Deputy Governor.
Those Suspended are Hon. Uche Oguwuike (Ikeduru), Nkenna Nzeruo (Oru East), Collins Chiji (Isiala Mbano), Ifeanyi Nnataraonye (Mbaitoli).
In a motion moved by the Majority leader of the House, Lugard Osuji, the suspended Members conducted themselves in an unparliamentary manner which was against the code of conduct guiding the IMHA.
Meanwhile a disciplinary committee, headed by Lawman Duruji, Henry Ezediaro, Uche Agabige, and Ikechukwu Amuka has been set up by the House.
The indefinite suspension shall subsist pending when the Committee concludes investigations.
PUO REPORTS gathered that the plot is designed to Impeach the Imo State Deputy Governor whose Loyalty to his Boss Rochas Okorocha has been destroyed over his Governorship ambition.
