Not fewer than 30 Policemen drawn from the Office Of the Inspector General Of Police today stormed the Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Kubwa Abuja to arrest a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka.
It will be recalled that Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court had in October summoned Rev Paul Emeka alongside three Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
At the resume sitting of the Court today,Three Members of the Trustees Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria came in honour of an Invitation by the Court,but Rev Paul Emeka did not show up,instead sent One Rev Emeka Eze to Represent him on claims that he is sick.
His Lawyer Jude Ajii claimed Paul Emeka came back to Nigeria to honour the Invitation of the Court,but developed Fever,Headache and Malaria in Abuja.
PUO REPORTS gathered that there is a warrant of arrest against Rev Paul Emeka which the Inspector General Of Police had approved for his men to act on it.
The Court was adjourned till 20th January 2016 to enable Paul Emeka appear in the Court
