JUstice K N Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court has summoned a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka.
The Court asked Paul Emeka to appear on the 30th Of November 2016 which is the next adjourned date.
Although the Court also said three Members of Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria, it is not yet clear if there is any need for the appearance of the Trustees of the Church since the forgery case has been taken over by the Attorney General of the Federation.
