The Member Representing Ikwerre/Emohua Federal Constituency Elder Chidi Whihioka has attacked the Minister of Transportation RT Hon Chibuike Amaechi over Continues Inspection of Permanent Voters Card in Rivers State.
Whihioka Said the Minster Lacks the Constitutional Power to check the Permanent Voters Card of any Voter in Rivers State.
“Nobody inspects PVC. You are not an INEC staff. Don’t let anybody deceive you. The PVC is your personal property and not even INEC staff can inspect it. I was once an INEC Commissioner and I know what I am saying. With nothing meaningful to do, someone is just forming activity to deceive people”.
