Justice K .N Ogbonnaya of the FCT High Court Abuja has gone on Vacation to America,thereby abandoning a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Rev Dr Paul Emeka.
Recall that it was Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of the FCT High Court that gave Rev Dr Paul Emeka an Ex-parte Order since June 2016 to stay Proceedings at the Upper Area Court sitting in Gudu Abuja.
That Order has not been allowed by Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako of the Upper Area Court.
It will be recalled that the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister Of Justice Mr Abubakar Malami recently took over the Prosecution of Rev Paul Emeka from the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
Sources close to Justice K.N.Ogbonnaya said she will be in America till October
