Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko of the Upper Area Court has adjourned the Forgery Trial of a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka till Friday the 23rd Of September 2016.
At the Resumed sitting of the Court Today 19th September 2016,Mrs Charles Okolie the Prosecutor from the Ministry Of Justice who represented the Attorney General on the 30th of August 2016 was not in Court.
It was gathered that all the Prosecutors from the Ministry Of Justice were sent on Training by the Director of Public Prosecution Mr Mohammed Esu including the Prosecutor who on the 30th Of August 2016 announced the Appearance of the Attorney General To the Court
The Court after Noticing the absent of the Attorney General adjourned the matter till Friday 23rd September 2016
