The Chief Magistrate Judge sitting in Ikara Kaduna State today Sentenced John Laddan and 4 others to 18Months In Prison for destroying the Properties of Assemblies Of God Akudu Branch in Saminaka Kaduna on the 10th of July 2016.
John Laddan and others are thugs used by a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka to cause havoc and mayhame against the Leadership and members of Assemblies Of God Church in Kaduna.
The Judge in his ruling today also awarded N30,000 each against the convicts and n150,000 compensation for unlwafylly throwing away and destroying the properties of Rev Danladi Lugard,the Presiding Bishop of Assemblies Of God Akudu branch in Saminaka.
Recall that the Court remanded the suspects in prison,but Chief Paul Emeka boasted that he is connected to the powers that be and nothing will happen to his boys.
It was gathered that he even congratulated them last week in Abuja during his kangaroo Ministers Programme.
