A two Time Deputy Governor Of Abia State who was one of the contestants of the December 8 2014 Governorship Primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abia State Chief Eric Acho Nwakanma has filed an Application at the Osioma Ngwa Division of the Abia State High,seeking to be joined as a party in the case Okezie Ikpeazu Vs Uche Ogah.
According to the counsel to Chief Acho Nwakanma, his client duly participated, signed the result sheets therefore Satisfied all the PDP guidelines for the December, 2014 primary election held in UMUAHIA township stadium,hence the need to be joined as a Party.
PUO REPORTS learnt that Chief Eric Nwakanma is seeking the Court Verdict to be declared the authentic Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Abia State
It will be recalled that Justice C.H Ahuchogu of the Osisioma Ngwa Division of the Abia State High Court had on the 30th of June 2016 ordered the Abia State Chief Judge Justice Theresa Uzoamaka Uzoekwe not to Inaugurate the President of Masters Energy Dr Uchechukwu Ogah as the Governor of Abia State pending the determination of the Suit brought by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu
