President Muhammadu Buhari cannot be said to be serious about his fight against corruption when INEC, a constitutionally established body is promoting corruption by denying the people of a Federating unit (State) the right to representation in the Nigerian Senate for the past Five Months.
The Court of Appeal had on December 9th 2015 nullified Three Senatorial Election,Eight Houses of Assembly election and Twenty State House of Assembly and directed the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a Rerun within 60-90Days
It is more than 150days after that Order,yet the Independent National Electoral Commission has refused to conclude a simple National and State Houses of Assembly Rerun.
