Sensitive Materials of the Independent National Electoral Commision(INEC) has arrived the Rivers State Headquarters of the Electoral Body in Aba Road Porthacourt.
The materials will be distributed at the early hours of Saturday to INEC Returning Officers who will not distribute it to various Units,Wards and Local Government Areas at Large
