Imo Women has advised the General Public and the good Citizens of Imo State to disregard the epileptic, harmattan induced Prophecy of Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka on the Supreme Court Victory of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, CON, Governor of Imo State, Nigeria.
Imo Women are inundated with numerous giant strides of the Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Chief Emeka Ihedioha and wouldn’t have been driven to an aside of obdurate and combustive mess as that of the purported prophecy spewed by a Catholic Priest based in Enugu, Fr. Ejike Mbaka, but for the purpose of providing an insight and clearing the little heap of debris that may have already been created by the unfortunate prophecy into the minds of few Nigerians who might not have proper and discerning memory.
With due respect to the priest , we as Women and whose voices of reason count in issues of national leadership and cohesion, and as mothers who stood their grounds and damned smothering circumstances to enthrone a leader of proven, impeccable character and charisma in Imo State during the 2019 general elections in the person of Chief Emeka Ihedioha, we wish to use this medium to condemn the deliberate fetid utterances of Fr. Mbaka on the mandate reposed in our amiable and indefatigable Governor by the good people of Imo State and wish to allude it to the irredeemable raucous influence of miscreants and detractors of good governance trade wind. The God whom we worship and accord unbreakable obeisance to has never and cannot be an author of confusion. He doesn’t destroy what cost Him strength and pains to caress. He knew the depth of the penurious leadership cesspool Imo State and her people were smeared into and gave us the grace and enablement to get rid of what could have been a perpetuation of evil and machinations of the sons and daughters of darkness. He can not be this soon displeased with the good plans our Messiah Governor has put in place for the rejuvenation of the terribly plundered state of Imo.
Let’s bring it to the legal facet: Supreme Court while discrediting the prayers of Uche Nwosu who sought to be declared duly elected governor of the state of Imo on the platform of AA, said that he, Uche Nwosu won the guber ticket of the APC and should not have sought the ticket of another political party for the same office.
That by this, it meant he had run under two political platforms. The man Fr. Mbaka proposed taking over the mandate jurisprudentially reposed in Gov Ihedioha, Senator Hope Uzodimma ran under the APC and clinched a distant fourth position. Since the court has said that the ticket of the party was duly secured by Ugwumba Uche Nwosu and not Uzodimma, is it at this juncture going to contradict itself by declaring an impostor governor under the same APC? By virtue of Fr. Mbaka’s hypnosis, is he not trying to preempt the judgement of the Supreme Court on the guber case between the Gov Ihedioha and Senator Hope Uzodimma? Is it proper for him to do so, as an enlightened and educated man thought to have been ladened with superfluous ecclesiastical anointing?
We are not unaware of the fact that in 2018, Sen. Uzodimma donated the sum of twenty million naira, in 2019 he also donated Ten million naira at the Fr. Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry’s bazaar; this obvious reason may have induced the cleric to acknowledge the gift with a blurry prophecy. But it shouldn’t have been on something that would have to bring in the name of God and the teachings of the religion of Christianity into disrepute. We are not unaware of the numerous other prophecies Fr. Mbaka had in the past vomited which never saw light of day, This one is Indubitably going to ride on the back of failure as one cannot place something on nothing and expect it to stand!
