The Management of Vanguard Newspaper has postponed indefinitely the award Presentation to the Governor Of Abia State Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu scheduled on Friday in Lagos.
The Postponed became necessary following the ban on Public gathering of not more than 50 persons by the Lagos State Government on Wednesday.
