In a bid to alleviate hunger from his Constituents following the State Government proposed Lock Down over the Corona Virus Pandemic, the Lawmaker Representing Bende South State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly Hon.Emmanuel Ndubuisi on Monday Distributed Food items to support members of his Constituency.
Hon Chief Emmanuel Chinedum Ndubuisi (Ijiriji) said the rate of hunger so far in the land prompted him to provide food palliatives pending the lifting of the Proposed State Government Lock Down.
Speaking further, the Lawmaker sympathized with the women especially those that may not have enough to eat during this trying moment.
Responding on behalf of the women, Hon Mrs Chizurum Uzoigwe thanked the Lawmaker for the wonderful gesture and promised that those food items will get to the rural dwellers.
The Women Prayed God to continue to sustain the Lawmaker through out his stay at the Abia State House of Assembly.
The Items Donated included 60 bags of Rice, Tomatoes, Ground nut oils and bags of Indomie Noodles.
