Immediate past Senator of Abia North Senatorial District Sen Mao Ohuabunwa has lamented over what he described as unfortunate the continuous Silenting of opposition members by the ruling All Progressives Congress.

Ohuabunwa who spoke in a telephone chart on Sunday over the outcome of the Appeal Court judgement which ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a fresh election in the entire Abia North Senatorial District said he was shocked by the court Judgement.
He said he has done well in the Senate through his suggestion, Opinion and proposal of bills in the Senate chamber.

He assured the people of his District that he is confident of Returning to the Senate, because he has done well in the past Six Months.
