INEC had yesterday announced the cancellation of election it conducted in the Southern Ijaw Local Government Area on grounds of serious Security threats.
The candidate of the PDP and governor of Bayelsa State Henry Seriake Dickson was leading in six out of the seven Local Government Areas that were announced with almost 34,000 Votes.
The candidate of the APC Chief Timipre Sylva who began the attack accused INEC of going beyond its powers when it announced the cancellation of results of Southern Ijaw Local Government Area.
