The court of Appeal sitting in ABUJA will today December 3rd 2015 begin hearing of the Appeal filled by governor Nyesom Wike against the Judgement of Justice Suleiman Ambrosa led Rivers Tribunal Panel.
Justice Suleiman Ambrosia had on Saturday 24th October 2015 nullified the April 11th governorship election conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission in Rivers State and ordered a rerun.
Governor through his lawyers filled not fewer than 25 grounds of Appeal against the Judgement of Rivers Tribunal,praying the Appeallet court to set aside the judgement of the Tribunal and uphold his election.
The court had during last sitting ask Wike to serve DAKUKU Peter side and the APC Notice of his Appeal.
Hearing begins today.
