Former Senator, Tunde Ogbeha has hailed INEC for their conduct so far in the ongoing Kogi governorship election, saying the commission ensured prompt delivery of election materials.
Ogbeha also hailed the professionalism of INEC staff who has shown mastery of the ethics governing an election of this magnitude.
He however called on security agents to deal with the situation in Kogi East where some hoodlums are said to be disrupting the process.
“Election should not be made a deadly process. Parties have campaigned. Today should be left for the electorate to make their decisions.
“So far, INEC has been very professional and we hope they keep it up, going into the voting stage. They are expected to be unbiased as they are serving the interest of the nation”.
