What seemed impossibe at the begining of proceedings at the Rivers State Governorship Election Tribunal Sitting in Abuja around 8.40pm Wednesday 16th September 2015 was made possible following the closure of the petition,by the peitioner in todays proceedings.

Recall that on Monday,the Chairman of the Tribunal Justice Mohammed Ambrosa modified the time frame which both the petitioner and the respondents are expected to conclude their case, in the new module ,Dakuku Peterside who is the petitioner was given 10days,while Both INEC and Governor Wike was given 6days each to present their witnesses and subsequently conclude their case,before the new order was made known,Dakuku had already exhausted 8days,so he used only two days to conclude his case .

On Wednesday’s Hearing,four witnesses including the petitioner Dakuku Peterside told the Tribunal that what happened on April 11th 2015 in Rivers State was a mockery of Democary and a display of arsenal,and gunpowder.
At exactly 8:40pm,the petitioner closed his case,INEC is expected to resume their defense tomorow
