Abia State Governor Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu said his administration will clear all the state Salary Arrears before the end of October 30th 2015 pending the receiver of the Federal Government Bail out Funds
Ikpeazu who stated this yesterday during a Live Radio Programme at MAGIC FM Aba,said that

by October 30, 2015, Abia State workers wouldn’t be owed a penny in arrears of salary because all salary arrears would have been cleared.
Ikpeazu also revealed that Abia State has not collected the bail out funds from the Federal Government,the governor maintained that as soon as the bail out funds get to the State treasury, the payment of salary arrears will be effected without delay.

The Governor also promised to begin the reconstruction of Arochukwu Road, Aba/Port Harcourt road, Ohanku road in his next 100 days in office. In addition, Ikpeazu assured the young and unemployed in Abia State of his plan to create sustainable jobs through the Education for Employment E4E programme. A scheme that would guarantee sustainable jobs with needed technical skills through effective technical education.
