Prof John Etu-Efeoto refused announcing the Results of the Rivers State Presidential Poll,
the returning officer for Rivers state, Prof. John Etu-Efeotor found it difficult to read out the results from the exercise in Rivers.Chairman of INEC, Prof. Attahiru Jega had to direct that a studio light be moved closer to the podium, for Etu-Efeotor who is the vice chancellor of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Warri, Delta State.

Someone else had to be directed to reel out the results when it became obvious that the RO was having difficulty with the task.
