A Group under the aegies of the Concerned Youths of Assemblies Of God Nigeria has issued a 21days Ultimatum to the Inspector General Of Police Mr Ibrahim Idris to arrest and Prosecute Rev Paul Emeka,a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria over his continues disregard to the Constitution and laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Group in a statement by Bro. Stanely Ubani on Thursday in Umuahia the Abia State Capital  said their ultimatum became imperative following the continues occupation of some Properties belonging to Assemblies Of God Nigeria by Rev Paul Emeka, who had been Suspended and Dismissed from the Church.

The group threatened to mobilise its Members and Youths of the Church to to protest against the Police in major Cities of Umuahia,Enugu,Jos,Benin,Warri and Kaduna.

“Why we praise our Leaders for their effort in strengthening this Church despite the attempts made by Rev Paul Emeka to destroy the foundation of the Church”

“It is an affront to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that Rev Paul Emeka had continued to parade himself as General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria, and his continues occupation of some Properties of the Church is no longer acceptable to us”

“We are hereby issuing this Notice to the Inspector General Of Police to within 21days evacuate Rev Paul Emeka from all our Church Properties, failure to do so will leave us with no other option than to hold a Massive Protests in Umuahia,Enugu,Jos,Benin.Warri and Kaduna”

The Group wondered why a so called Pastor wont allow peace to reign even after losing his Appeal at the Supreme Court on the 24th February 2017
