Justice J.T Agbadum Fishim of the National Industrial Court sitting in Yenagoa has reinstated the 22 APC Chairmen who were sacked by the rulling of Justice Lambo Akanbi of the Porthracourt Federal High court last Friday.
Justice Lambo Akanbi had ruled on Friday July 9 2015 that the election that brought the APC Chairmen was fraud and hereby declared null and Void,he subsequently asked the 22 Chairmen to Vacate the Councils.
The judgement however was opposed by the Rivers State Chapter of the APC,who asked their members to disregard the judgement,subsequently the Nigeria Police force overtook the Councils,but were asked by the Federal Government to vacate the Local Government Area.
