General Muhammadu Buhari probably held a secret meeting last night with President Jonathan’s loyalists in Paris.

It will be remembered that Buhari left Nigeria on Thursday to have a meeting with key British political officers and heads of other global institutions.

Reports from French sources say that the APC presidential candidate may have made a stopover in Paris where he met with close allies of the President, who, PM news says, are seeking reassurance that they won’t get jail time if Buhari becomes president.

It is said that Tinubu, two Nigerian former heads of state and a wealthy Lebanese family are in charge of brokering the deal that will grant amnesty to some of GEJ’s loyalist if Buhari is elected in March 28th.

The negotiations have been catalyzed, we read, as a result a foreign power in Nigeria losing interest in a President Jonathan administration.

“The discussions are referred to as the Brazillian model,” says PM news, “a type of deal where the president offers amnesty and asks the thieves to bring home the money stolen and invest it in the economy.”
