Rivers State Commissioner Of Police Mr. Chris Okey Ezuike has blamed the Imo state government over the continuous cult attacks in Rivers State,saying the attacks are from Imo State.
Mr.Ezuike Stated this in Porthacourt while briefing journalist over the increase in crime rate,he said cultism cannot be likened to anything,other than senselessness.
“Cultism is something i cannot even explain,most of the attacks are from neigbouring Imo state,i have spoken with the commsioner of police there,i asked him to tighten security in his state,while i also tighten security in Rivers State,any one caught as a suspected Cultist will be charged with Murder”
There has been increases of cult clashes in Rivers between Rival Cult Groups
