1.PDP sought an order preventing INEC from allowing APC inspect materials used for the elections, the court declined such order
2.They sought a judgment of the court vacating its own order concerning inspection of materials, the court declined and restated its order to INEC

3.They brought an application before the court that says “if APC/Dakuku must inspect the materials, then they PDP,must accompany/escort/supervise such inspection”, the learned judge refused and asked them to apply for their own separate inspection if they so desired
4.Fourthly,they brought an application seeking the tribunal to decline jurisdiction to sit in Abuja, again, the court ruled it has jurisdiction to sit in Abuja.
4.Just today, they have lost an application seeking to strike out the petition of Dr.Dakuku Peterside on the ground that APC did not meet the 21-day primaries deadline.

The learned judge has just ruled that the application shall be held alongside the petition.
The implication of this is that the court has refused to strike out the petition of Dr.Peterside, instead,it has opted to hear and determine the petition on merit and not dismiss it on technical grounds.
Dear people of God,if you don’t see the hand of God restored on our dear state, then you need to look again…APC Rivers is coasting to victory. Keep hope alive.
