Rivers State Governor Barr.Nyesom Wike has announced the appointment of Dr. (Barr.) Sam B. Kalagbor as the new Rector of Rivers State college Of Arts and Science(Rivcas) Portharcourt.
His appointment was made public via a statement released by the governors Assistant on Media Mr.Opunabo-Inkoh- Taria.
However checks by PUO REPORTS Revealed that the new Rector of the state owned College Of Arts And Science is a Top Ranking Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)
“Barr. Sam B Kalabgor from Port-harcourt City LGA, is the Leader of Ward 8 PDP Rumuokalagbor in Portharcourt City Local Government Area of the State” Our Investigation revealed!!
Some of his Educational Qualification read thus : University of Port Harcourt-B.Sc( Political & Administrative Studies) 1990; University of Port Harcourt – M.Sc ( Development Studies) 1997; Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt – LLB, 2003 ; B.L 2006 and University of Port Harcourt – Ph.D ( Development Studies) 2012.
Recall that Governor Wike had appointed a TOP Ranking PDP Leader as Vice Chancellor of Rivers State University Of Science and Technology(RSUST)
