PUO REPORTS Gathered that the protest march by the APC
candidates in Rivers State is connected to the refusal of the Independent
National Electoral Commsion(INEC) to obey the order of the Election petition
Tribunal sitting in Abuja,which ordered that the APC should be allowed to
inspect the electoral materials to conduct the elections in Rivers State.

RECALL that the Justice Abdukadir Pindiga led three man
panel of Election Tribunal Justices had last June 2015 ordered the Independent
National Electoral Commission(INEC) to allow the Candidate of the APC in the
April 11th Governorship poll in Rivers State Dr.Dakuku Adol
Peterside and his forensic experts to inspect the materials used during the
conduct of the elections,that order is yet to be obeyed by INEC.
