A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka has filed a New Suit at the Enugu State High Court,PUO REPORTS have gathered.
Details of the suit is still sketchy,but according to a Source at the Enugu State High Court,Barr Dike alongside some Followers of REv Paul Emeka were sighted at the Court Premises this Morning contemplating on whose court the suit should be filed.
The Option of filing it before Justice Anthony Onovo,who is a Brother to Rev Paul Emeka was considered,but the final decision were yet to be taking as of the time of filing in this report.
It will be recalled that the Supreme Court on Friday 24th February 2017 dismissed an Appeal filed by Rev Paul Emeka for being incompetent and lacking in merit.
Immediately after the Judgement,one of Rev Paul Emeka’s Lawyer Barr Dike started misinterpreting the Judgement of the Supreme Court by saying the Court in using the word OBITER meant that all other findings of the Appeal Court were null and void.
Barr Dike Threatened that Paul Emeka will file a suit by writ of summons and no longer Fundamental Human Right which was the suit he lost at the Supreme Court.
With the Judgement of the Supreme Court,no court will entertain any suit relating to the Crises that rocked Assemblies Of God Nigeria between March 6th 2014 to February 24 2017
