Facts have emerged on hos a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka paid the Nigerian Police to arrest the General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor,General Treasurer Rev Dr Vincent Akin Alaje immediately after the Judgement of the Supreme Court .

Others who were listed to be arrested included the Assistant General Superintendent Rev Ejikeme Ejim,General Secretary Rev Godwin Amaowoh,Mrs Ngozi Stanley,Tony Ewelike,Rev Dr Charles Osueke,Amb Iroegbu,Barr Idorenyin Eyo,Rev J.K Amah ,among others.

Findings by PUO REPORTS showed that Rev Paul Emeka was confident of Victory at the Supreme Court which prompted his lawyers to write frivolous petitions against the Leaders of Assemblies Of God Nigeria detailing the Inspector General Of Police Monitoring Unit to arrest all those named in the petitioned which was submitted by one Barr Dike on behalf of Rev Paul Emeka.

A Source privy to the plans told PUO REPORTS that the plans was to detain all those named in the petition in Abuja and Charge them to Court on Monday 27th February 2017,where hopefully they would have been remanded in Prison Custody.

But the Judgement of the Supreme Court which came few Minutes after 11am on the 24th Of February 2017 changed the evil plans of Paul Emeka,as even the Police who were already on ground in Enugu to carry out the arrest became more confused on the next plan of action to take.

It was gathered that the Judgement of the Supreme Court which changed all the evil and wicked plans against the Leadership of Assemblies Of God Nigeria ,made the Nigerian Police through the Enugu State Commissioner Mr Bala Mohammed to seal off the National Secretariat of Assemblies Of God Nigeria located at Independence Layout Enugu.

More worrisome to Rev Paul Emeka and the Police was when all the Media Houses in Nigeria reported the Judgement of the Supreme Court which dismissed the Appeal of Rev Paul Emeka and upheld the April 14th 2015 Judgement of the Court of Appeal in Enugu.

The Police had been left with no option other than to hand over the Properties of the Church back to Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria
