The Rivers State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal has assembled more than enough evidence to annull the Eleme/Oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency Election as Inec told the Tribunal Today that the Original Result sheets used for the March 28th National Assembly were snatched.
INEC was expected to present the Form EC8E and 7 other documents counsel to Barry Mpigi,the APC candidate for Eleme/Oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency asked For.

At the resumed hearing of the Petition Today,Inec could not produce 4 out of 7 documents the petitioners asked of through his counsels. The representative of The Inec REC in Rivers State Dame Gasila Khan told the tribunal that they couldn’t provide Form EC8E that it was snatched, they couldn’t provide ballot papers because it is too bulky and they couldn’t provide result sheets from Eleme LGA because they forgot it.

If Inec Rivers should admit that original results were snatched then what result did they use to declare the purported result? THAT is the Qeustion beggen for answers.
