Palpable fear has griped the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) in the April 11th and 25th 2015 governorship election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti over the outcome of the Supreme Court Ruling on the Rivers State governorship election Appeal.

Recall that a five-member panel headed by Justice Oyebisi Omeleye of the Court of Appeal had on the 31st of December 2015 declared Alex Otti winner of the Abia state governorship election after cancelling votes from three Local Government Areas on ground of over-Voting.

That Judgement has been widely criticized by Senior Advocates of Nigeria due the loopholes discovered in the ruling of the Appeal Court.

Alex Otti,a friend of former governor of Rivers State Chibuike Amaechi lost to the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party and Abia governor Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu during the Abia state governorship election,

Since after his loss of the election,Alex Otti has been hobnobbing around the Leadership of the All progressive Congress through the instrumentality of the Minister of Transportation who is pushing him for obvious personal Reasons.

The Judgement of the Supreme has sent a clear message to Dr.Alex Otti on what to expect from the Abia state governorship election Appeal from the Supreme Court

  1. PUO Reports, you have reported nonsense here. Who told you that Otti is panicking? Again, how come you concluded that because Wike won at the Supreme Court Ikpeazu will also win. You will sure swallow your pride and report Otti's victory in this your bog. You are supposed to present a balanced information rather than being one sided in your write ups if you want every body to be reading your blog, otherwise you will be left with people who only want to read what pleases them and you. Common! be objective, stop writing rubbish. Otherwise you wait till Supreme Court decides what will be the final position.
