Ahead Of the Bayelsa State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress(APC) scheduled to hold on Saturday 19th September 2015 in Yenago,a Former Managing Director Of Niger Delta Developement Commision(NDDC) and the Leader of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Bayelsa State Chief Timipre Sylva has hijacked the Delegates that will vote come next Saturday .

PUO REPORTS gathered that already,Chief Timi Alaibe has lodged over 200 Delegates in Hotels in Warri,Benin and Portharcourt,this media learnt that already some of the delegates has been lodged by Chief Alaibe at Lyda Hotel and Juanita Hotel,which belonged to him.
Investigation by PUO REPORTS Revealed that each of the Delegates has been Promised N400,000 naira if they vote him(Timi) during the primaries,while N20,000naira was given to each of their families and N3000 naira mapped out for their daily feeding.
A Delegate who reached PUO REPORTS Via a mail also revealed that while Timi Alaibe is busy with his plans,the State Chairman of the Party Chief Timipa Tiwei Orunimighe already has also warned some of the delegates not to vote against Chief Timipre Sylva during the Primaries.

Investigation by PUO REPORTS Revealed that some of the delegates has been lodged at CLARION HOTELS located in Okpoku Community,in Omoku Rivers State by the Bayelsa State APC Chairman Chief Timipa Tiwei Orunimighe
Already the Presidency has been briefed over this ugly developemnt in Bayelsa State,which may pose a dangerous signal on President Mohammadu Buhari’s fight against corruption.
What is not clear is why the APC Chairman in Bayelsa will be forcing delegates to vote for a particular candidate,when he is expected to play a neutral role to ensure a level playing ground for all the Parties Aspirants.

The National Leadership of the APC will on monday 14th September(tomorow) meet with the 19 aspirants who picked the nomination form and had attended the screening exercise organised by the National Leadership of the Party.
I think Timi Alaibe is playing the PDP script. They must hv dolled out enough looth for him to buy over the delegates. BY APC should b wise enough not to let that happen. The party chairman is on curse considering how they hv toiled to sustaine the party in the state during d last dispensation.
