The Lawmaker Representing Portharcourt Constiteuncy 2 at the Rivers State House Of Assembly Hon. Tonye Smart Adoki has asked the Department of State Security Service(DSS) and the Nigeria Police Force to investigate and prosecute PUO REPORTS over its Reports.
Hon Tonye Adoki in a statement signed and released via media channels including the Social Media,denied ever hacthing any plot to threaten and go after all those who testified against him at the Election Petition Tribunal.
Recall that on Sunday,PUO REPORTS broke a verified reports of manhunt of all those who testified against Hon.Tonye Adoki Smart.
In that said Reports,we reliably learnt that one of his errand boys named BIGGY was instructed to do the Job,we also reported that some of the witnesses are already being traced.
We wish to state here,that we remain resolute in our Reportage.

ALARM AS APC FALSELY ACCUSE ME, GOVERNOR WIKE OF GOING AFTER THEIR WITNESSES
I Hon. Tonye Smart Adoki, representing Port Harcourt Constituency 2 at the Rivers State House of Assembly, wish to condemn in the strongest terms some APC sponsored media reports particularly on Social Media accusing me falsely of being sponsored by Governor Nyesom Wike to threaten and go after the lives of APC witnesses who are billed to testify against His Excellency Governor Nyesom Wike CON and myself at the ongoing Electoral petitions Tribunal in Abuja.
It will be recalled that the APC in Rivers state had recently, though mischievously, accused the PDP in Rivers state of threatening APC witnesses as to dissuade them from testifying at the ongoing Election Petitions Tribunal. It is most unfortunate that they have commenced a new line of falsehood by circulating via social media platforms including the use of pseudo names and blogs to defame Governor Wike and my person wherein they address me as the “hatchet man for Governor Wike” with a mission to go after their supposed witnesses. In their reports, they have falsely referred to me as an ex-militant all in a bid to portray me in bad light.
I wish to deny in its entirety every such allegations and state further that APC is put to the strictest proof of their deceitful stock in trade as contained in their allegations against me. Thus, neither Governor Nyesom Wike nor I have ever been involved in any such evil as APC has lied against us.
The APC should look inwards and do a soul search as they may rather be guilty of these allegations. It is no longer news that APC Rivers cannot be taken seriously on issues by anyone in view of its penchant for propaganda and violence just as it demonstrated during the last general elections resulting in it loss; they seek to perpetrate mayhem again upon their own and heap it wrongly on His Excellency Governor Nyesom Wike CON and his supporters including myself during this period as an alternative to their imminent loss at the ongoing Elections Petitions Tribunal knowing that they have no case at all.
May I respectfully state that I am a man of peace and will never be a party to undo anyone because following the steps of my leader and Mentor, Governor Nyesom Wike and my State party Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah, politics is not a do or die affair.
While I reaffirm that victory only comes from God, I will not also hesitate to effect legal actions in the circumstance to get justice.
I call on the IGP and the DSS to investigate these criminal actions by the APC here in Rivers state which if not checked may give them the opportunity of breaching the public peace in Rivers state and cause unnecessary tension all for undeserved sympathy.
I therefore call on my constituents to remain calm and peaceful.
