The Court Of Appeal has rescheduled rulling on the case between the Rivers State Government under the Leadership of Governor Nyesom Wike and the 22 All Progressive Congress(APC) Local Government Chairman who were sacked on the 9th of June 2015 by Justice Lambo Akabi of the Federal High Court Sitting in Portharcourt.

The Appealate Court gave till November 13th 2015 for rulling on the Appeal brought by the 22 elected Local Government Area Chairmen in Rivers State, contrary to its earlier October 5th  Date which the Court had given as a date it will deliver its judgement on the Appeal.

No Reason was given by the Appeal court, but PUO REPORTS investigations revealed that the Appeal Court decision to fix a new date may be connected with the Rivers State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, where its is expected that the Tribunal will sack Nyesom Wike from office as the Governor Of Rivers State.

This media learnt already some of the sacked Chairmen had already told their appointees and supporters to dust their backs wherever they are, because they will be returning back to office Next Month.

Recall that a National Industrial Court had restrained the Rivers State Government, the Rivers State House Of Assembly and any of its cronies from dissolving, sacking or taken any action which may affect the tenures of the 22 APC Council Chairmen who were elected on 23rd May 2015,pending the determination of the suit brought by the Chairmen, but Justice Lambo Akanbi declared the May 23rd Local Government Election held in Rivers State as null and void.

Governor Wike immediately announced a pre-arranged names of Caretaker Commitee Chairmen
