The court of Appeal sitting In portharcourt has adjourned again for hearing on the Appeal brought by the sacked 22 APC elected Local Government Chairmen in Rivers State.
The adjournment became following complains by Counsel to the Peoples Democratic Party that they have not been served by Counsel to the 22 Elected Chairmen.
Justice Ejembi EKO adjourned the court till December 1st 2015 to enable the appellate serve the Respondents
