The Appeal filled by Hon. Augustine P NGO on behalf of the 22 elected local government Chairmen in Rivers State against the filling of Justice Lambo Akanbi of the Federal High Court has been listed for hearing today at the court of Appeal sitting in portharcourt.
PUO REPORTS has learnt that the case will be coming up at the Court 2 Hall of the Court of Appeal,and may be presided over by Justice Ejembi Eko .
There are strong indications that the court may deliver its Judgement today
