Caretaker Committee Chairman Of Ikwerre Local Government Area Hon. Samuel Nwanosike has denied reports making round on the social Media that he ordered the Police to arrest members of the APC in Apani and Ubima Communities.

Nwanosike who spoke with our correspondent on telephone said he was shocked,that the APC could mention his name over the arrest of over 20 Kidnappers in Ubima Community of Ikwerre Local Government Area in Rivers State.
He said the order for the arrest of the suspected kidnappers came from the office of the Rivers State Commissioner of Police,after the command received security reports of the activities of cultist and kidnappers in Apani and Ubima Communities.
Nwanosike stated that with the cry and outburst by the APC over the arrest of the suspected kidnappers in the Area,it then points to the fact that the Rivers State APC are the once sponsoring kidnappers in the Area.

He thanked the Rivers State police Command over their effort in fighting insecurity in the state.
It will be recalled that there has been reports on the social media linking the CTC Boss of Ikwerre Council to the arrest of the suspected kidnappers in Apani and Ubima communities.
