Caretaker Committee Chairman Of IKWERRE Local Government Area and Secretary of ALGON in Rivers State Hon.Samuel Nwanosike said HivAids patients Living around us deserves our care and Support.
Nwanosike made this known today why delivering his speech at the 2015 World Aids Day which was Hosted by the IKWERRE Local Government Area Headquarters in Isiokpo.
He said it was regrettable that people living withHivAids are being stigmatized even when the World Health Organization has introduced vaccines which can help the patients to stay even up to 40 years Ahead.
The IKWERRE LGA CTC Boss revealed that his administration has mapped out programs to help educate people living in the 13 Wards that made up the Council in a bid to ensure that people are conscious of their Health.
He said the program will begin this month and is expected to last for 13 days.
