This is the definition of Free and Compulsory Education in Akwa Ibom State at Community Comprehensive Secondary School, Four Towns, Abak Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. This is what you obtain practically in every public school in Akwa Ibom State.

It’s rather pathetic. For me, there’s no need for this propaganda termed “Free and Compulsory Education”.
Yes, many people will attack me, but
Lemme make it clear enough. The school in question is a popular school with enough space for building more classroom. Yet the Government have refused to do so. Can you imagine a teacher in a classroom teaching 100 students when it’s supposed to accommodate just 50 student? Can you think of the learning situation in such conditions?
The School in question lacks teachers, it depends on STUDENT TEACHERS and CORP MEMBERS as it’s teaching workforce. Can you imagine a school with delapited structures, no laboratories not to mention equipment?
The QUESTION now is: If those students had lockers, where would they keep them? Under the tree?
If you had kids, would you send them to the termed “Free and Compulsory Education”?
Let’s not deceive ourselves and this young lads
It is really sad reading the comments on this post justifying this sham.
This really tells a lot about us as a people. This is why we keep swimming in the shallow waters of mediocrity while our leaders keep on looting, taking us all for a ride.
