Following the low Turn Out Of intending members into the All Progressives Congress during the just concluded Revalidation excercise organised by the party, The Leadership of the party in Rivers State has extended the excercise, PUO REPORTS has learnt.

A member of the party’s State Executive in Rivers State who confinded to PUO on telephone Tuesday on condition of anonymity said the National Leadership of the party frowned at the Rivers State chapter of the party over the scanty figures that revalidated their Membership.

It was gathered that the party Leadership in Rivers State is yet to Fix a new Date For the excercise but feelers in some quarters say the new Date wont Extend 7th of January 2016.

The party’s Secretary in Rivers State who is also the Chairman of the Commitee incharge of the Revalidation excercise Chief Emeka Bekee has written to various Unit, Ward and Local Government leaders of the party over the development.
