The Supreme Court will today decide the fate of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa over the outcome of the Delta State governorship election held on April 11 2015.
Both the Delta State governorship election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal had upheld his election after Dismissing the Petition and Appeal by the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress and Labour Party respectively.
The court is already filled with Counsels to both parties.
