A former Governor of Abia State and Now Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly Senator Theodore Orji has written a congratulatory letter to his successor Governor Okezie Ikpeazu Over the outcome of the Judgement of the Supreme Court.
In a letter Titled VICTORY AT LAST dated 4th February 2016 written by Senator Theodore Orji amd sent to Ikpeazu,Orji described Ikpeazu’s Supreme Court Victory as a special favour from God
“Your Victory after the long draw legal tussle which ended at the Supreme Court on wednesday,February 3rd 2016 is to me a special favour from God which has Manifested the power of Light over Darkness”Orji stated
He also adviced governor Okezie Ikpeazu to live up to the expectations from Abians as many were looking up to him for Survival
“Expectations are still high from Abians,the three Senatorial Zones of Abia are your constituency with differing needs.The poor masses and the downtrodden look up to you for survival and uyou have to find answers.
“The election is come and gone.All Abians irrespective of party affiliation will only be assuaged with your fairness.You are the governor of Abia today based on equity,may this philososphy be your guide in all things,Be magnanimous in Victory and it shall be well with you” The letter Concluded
