The Office of the Security Adviser to the Rivers State Governor has accused the State Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Commander, Mr Akin Fakorede for compromising the security architecture of the state by arranging fake SARS uniforms for political thugs.
A statement issued by the Office of the Security Adviser to the Rivers State Governor on Friday, noted that verified security reports indicate that Mr Fakorede has arranged fake security personnel to be kitted with SARS uniforms.
The statement added that the fake security personnel will pretend as if they are SARS personnel only to unleash mayhem and violence on the mentioned Local Government Areas.
All PDP members should be at alert to resist any attempt to hijack materials at polling stations, RAC centres. They should any form of intimidation, shooting the air and any attempt to arrest them.
The statement stressed that Mr Fakorede has arranged several Hilux Vehicles to carry out the illegal operations.
The statement urged the good people of Rivers State to remain vigilant and watch out for these fake SARS personnel introduced by Mr Akin Fakorede, the Rivers State SARS Commander.
Then if you know they do this by bringing in fake sara, you should prevent them by attesting them all. Period!
