A Senior Special Assistant on Special Projects to Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State Mr Cyril Dum witee who was publicly displayed to the World by men of the Nigerian Army after he was arrested with guns alongside others is now the New Supervisor of ongoing roads projects for the Governor.
Mr Cyril was seen by one of our correspondent in Aba road yesterday with some foreign contractors supervising ongoing road Projects for governor Nyesom Wike who is in Abuja for the Inauguration of Committees set up by his party.
Recall that Governor Nyesom Wike had last week Announced the Suspension of his Commissioner for Works over what he described as negligence of duty.
But it is shocking why he chosed a man who was publicly caught with arms during the National and State Assembly re-run elections in Rivers State
