Certificate Forgery: Court To Decide Paul Emeka’s Fate May 25th

The Upper Area Court sitting in Gudu,Abuja the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria will on May 25th 2016 rule on the Application seeking for stay of execution pending the outcome of the Appeal against the Order made By Justice Umar Yusuf Kargarko which had asked the Nigerian Police to Arrest Rev Dr Paul Emeka.

Justice Umar Yusf Kagarko had ordered the Nigerian Police Force to produce Rev Dr Paul Emeka to court on February 5th 2016,but on the said date,Lawyers to Paul Emeka brought an Application seeking a stay of execution pending the outcome of his Appeal.

Although the Court fixed 5th of February for ruling on the Application,but PUO REPORTS had learnt that the processes were yet to be completed by the Court,which made the Judge to shift the matter till May 25th 2016.

Rev Dr Paul Emeka is facing criminal charges bordering on Certificate Forgery,he had paraded himself as a Professor for 10yrs until the Police Investigated and found out that he forged the said Professorial Certificate he claimed to have come from University of Derby in London
