PUO REPORTS has gathered from our Judiciary sources in Abuja that the ex-communicated Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka is making moves to bribe a High Court Judge in Abuja to give him an Order stopping the proceedings of the Upper Area Court
Our Sources Say Paul Emeka may be obtaining a kangaroo Court Order before Friday the 23rd of June which he will be presenting before Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako of the Upper Area Court in Abuja on the resumed sitting of the Court on Monday 27th June 2016
Justice Umar Kargarko has after reading the letter smuggled into the Court by Lawyers to Paul Emeka adjourned till on the 27th of June to deliver Judgement on the Application brought by Chief Dr Paul Emeka seeking for a stay of execution of the February 4th 2016 order asking the Nigerian Police to arrest and produce him for trial.
PUO reports that Lawyers to Chief Dr Paul Emeka had chosed 27th or 29th of June on account that they were not feeling fine last Month when the matter came up in Court.
