An Upper Area Customary Court sitting in Saminaka,Kaduna has dismissed an application filed by supporters of the excommunicated Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka against Assemblies Of God Church in Payo
Misguided followers of Anti-AG rebel leader, Chief. Dr. Paul Emeka worshiping at Payo Church in Saminaka District, Lere L.G.A, Kaduna State had brought an action against the Registered Trustee of Assemblies of God Nigeria praying the Court for an order for sharing of the assets of the Registered Trustee of AG Nigeria situated in Payo Church
The Upper Customary Court Saminaka sitting on 22nd June, 2016 ruled that it lacked jurisdiction to order sharing of assets among its members since the said assets belonged to the Registered Trustee of Assemblies of God Nigeria which is incorporated under the Companies & Allied Matters Act
