BREAKING: Court Adjourns Paul Emeka’s Trial For Forging a Professorial Certificate To July

Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko of the Upper Area Court sitting in Gudu Abuja has adjourned the trial of the Ex-Communicated Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka till July 26th 2016

At the resumed sitting of the Court this Morning,the Presiding Judge Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko announced that he received a Letter that Barr Ifeanyi Nwaeze,the lawyer representing the Incorporated Trustees of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria traveled to Enugu due to other Matters.

Barr. R. O. Agama, one of the Lawyers representing the Chief Dr   Paul Emeka opposed the application for adjournment as according to him there was already an order from an FCT High Court ordering the Court to stay further proceedings on the matter pending the determination of the matter brought before the higher court

Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko then adjourned the matter to the 26th of July, 2016 at the instance of the Lawyers representing the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.

Recall that on the 25th of May 2016 when the Court would have ruled on the Application by Chief Dr Paul Emeka,his lawyers did not show up,only to smuggle a letter that Barr J.U Ajii was sick and that Barr Ralph Agama traveled to Kaduna because they had a plan.

On the 22nd of June,Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of the FCT gave Chief Dr Paul Emeka an Ex Parte Order which expired Today.

So that Order Paul Emeka obtained to stop his trial has expired
