The Court of Appeal has adjourned till Thursday the 7th of July 2016 for Continuation of Hearing on the Application for stay of Execution of the Order of Justice Abang Okon of the Federal high court.
Federal Government had declared Tuesday and Wednesday as Public Holidays.
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State had Filed an Appeal against the Judgement of Justice Abang Okon of the Federal high court in Abuja which last Monday disqualified him on grounds that he presented a Fake tax Paper to the Independent National Electoral Commission during the screening of candidates for the April 11 Governorship election in Abia State
